Manage Agile! ist ein Netzwerk agiler Enthusiasten, die sich dafür einsetzen, dass Unternehmen ihre Projekte, ihre Produktion und besonders ihre Mitarbeiter anders führen und organisieren. Auf dieser Seite könnt ihr alles über uns erfahren, unsere Ideen und Vision und euch an Diskussionen zum Thema 'Agil' beteiligen. Einige von uns arbeiten als freie Berater andere sind in Unternehmen fest angestellt. Wir sind alle im Umfeld der Softwareentwicklung tätig, da dort die agile Bewegung mit Scrum und Kanban stark verwurzelt ist. Aber wir sind auch sehr daran interessiert, agile Prinzipien und Werte in Unternehmen anderer Branchen einzusetzen. Besonders agiles Management ist uns dabei wichtig und wenden in unseren Unternehmen und in unserer Beratung gerne die Prinzipien von Management 3.0 an. Hierzu bieten wir auch ein entsprechendes Training an.

Some of us are independant consultants, others are employed in various enterprises. We are all involved with software development due to its strong link to the agile movement with Scrum and Kanban. But we are also very interested in using agile principles and agile values in organisations in other sectors of the economy.
Particularly agile management is important to us and we use the principles of Management 3.0 in our consulting as well as within our organisations. To this end we offer corresponding trainings. |
